AGLANDIA is a multi-faceted real estate company that is located in Southwest, Idaho that that operates from three divisions that are all intertwined and add-value to one another.
The first of the three business divisions is the real estate sales division whereas we facilitate traditional purchase and sales contracts on a variety of real estate "types" through our Idaho state licensing consisting of raw land, single-family residential, multi-family residential, ranches, farms and other croplands.
The second division is our property management services unit whereas we manage residential properties for property owners in Southern Idaho. This unit provides us with unique insight into the real estate market and offers us a better understanding of the overall macro-market growth and micro-emerging growth areas within Idaho.
The third and final division is in partnership with seasoned land developer(s) to provide equity project financing as well as locate, sell, rent or exchange real estate assets.
