 We work with accredited investors, land developers and our attorneys in a equity partnership capacity in an effort to earn above average investment returns.  Our client type includes fund managers, high net worth individuals and others.

Our product is Idaho land that we will secure, entitle, rezone and develop into best-use in such a manner as to achieve above average returns with minimized risk coupled with solid exit strategies to collateralize invested debt.

Additionally, we seek under-performing and distressed properties  where we can add value through renovation, repositioning, redeployment,  expansion, or capital restructuring. We operate in the residential space whether it be to develop buildable lots for; single family residential, multifamily residential and or mixed use real estate.

We our the marketing and sales arm for a local development group specializing in residential land development in Southwestern Idaho.  Our projects are fluid and are constantly in forward motion.  At any given time we have a handful of opportunities available. Typically we offer land that will be developed in multi-family homes for sale at desirable prices.

Market research is important and ensuring a market will be categorized as a growth market is completed on a continuing basis and never ends. Our In-house property management division is privy to important data about individuals looking to relocate to our market and renters who are looking to transition to home ownership.
